As with Arthur and Obama, one of his parents was not a natural born citizen of the United States. Irrespective of original intent of the Framers, if there is over a century of precedent of ignoring it, it is unlikely to be recognized by the Federal courts. I am sure the Democrats would have considered this angle of attack against Trump, as they are grasping at any straw, but for the fact that he is in the same category as Obama.
