The Unions there were pushing members to vote for the Dem. Full on blitz. Trump was not in that race.

When it is this close, the Dems always whip out those absentee ballots they’ve stashed in their car trunks and pull out the win.

Works just about every time. If it works here, yet again, it tells me the fraud continues. Until it is exposed and cleaned up, brace for Dem control in 2018 and beyond.

> I don’t think there is 3202 left. I think it is more like 2700.

Yeah the 3202 included Westmorland and the new total difference 579? was after Westmorland absentees were counted, so now only @1400 absentees left.

MSNBC and others still claiming race too close to call. A race they had predicted would be a bigger win for the Dem just weeks ago.

Still dispute in media about what absentee ballots have been cast. And due to the huge and odd change in ratio between the Algny regular vote and absentee votes, my guess is the gop candidate will look at legal options.

Enjoy the crap show for what it is worth. Because the midterms are a whole different and unrelated game. Time for folks to stop the party infighting, getting suckered by dems planting trouble in conservative groups, saying crazy stuff and get to the business at hand. Hold the House. Senate is too wishy washy to count on.

Reagan was smart enough to know the value of a Republican he could agree with 80 percent of the time and could win in swing districts. Folks around hear need to remember that more often.

>>they got that many Connor Lambs??...i dont think so..

They don't have to be all Connor Lambs, particularly in the closer races, of which there are something like 100+ races that are closer. They just have to have somebody who gets out votes that the Pelosi wing isn't getting. They also want to make Republicans spend money all over the map.

>>Why if I am running the GOP would I spend money on a lackluster candidate in a SPECIAL election in a district that likely won’t exist?

You'd have to ask the idiots running the show why they spent so much on a seat that's going away.

>>The democrats outspent the Republicans 5-1.

Yes, Lamb raised $3.9 million, and spent $3.1 million

Sure, Saccone raised $600,000, spent $615,000

However, you're ignoring something very, very important.

Lamb had around $2.6 million of outside funds spent on him.

The GOP brought in and spent $10.7 million on Saccone.

The GOP cannot bring in $10 million for every one of the 100+ races that are more competitive than PA-18. Races for seats that will exist next year. Races that will decide whether the Democrats take the House.

People in the GOP should be fired for that tonight. But they won't be fired. They'll blame Saccone, Miller, the Democrats, the weather, etc.

The dems have everything to gain by cheating in this election. All they have to do is find enough “useful idiots” to help them do it. It’s not like there are any consequences for cheating anyway.

This should be very interesting.

We have eight months until the November elections. In the meantime, Mr. Lamb will have voted for whatever is presented. Do we think he will vote as he claims he feels.

NO WAY, BUSTER.

This will be an example of the exact way phonies run for office by pretending they are something they are not.

I look forward to following his voting record, IF he really wins.

I wouldn’t suggest ignoring the results. I would prefer the GOP panic. They need to wake their asses up. They’re getting their asses kicked. Ronna Romney is clueless and the republicans need to put up better candidates.

The previous congressman’s sex scandal is not an excuse for this loss. You don’t lose Alabama and districts Trump won recently won by 20 points. I would prefer Republicans wake up now before they lose a lot more.

The district got their tax cut and their jobs back so now they have taken their ‘welcome migrant’ signs out of the closet.

That is not the way the game is played. He will vote with Trump until after the mid-terms.

Nate Cohn:

.@DecisionDeskHQ says last two Westmoreland precincts are Latrobe2 and NLigonier. Saccone could reasonably hope for net-200 there, brings race down to D+650 CNN says there are 3206 absentees outstanding in GOP counties. Saccone would need to win those by 20. He didn't on eday.

I see a 639 vote margin for Lamb on the NYT site.

Right; to have a chance to win all the Democrats need to do is run a young white guy who was a Marine and says he is pro-gun, anti-abortion, Catholic, 2nd Amendment supporter, anti-Pelosi and never ever mention that they are a Democrat.
