Then the question would be whether two more Senate votes would turn up in favor of over-riding the veto with 67 votes. Are you kidding? Eight of the 'no' votes were Democrats. They would crawl over broken glass to vote to override a Trump veto.

If he does, I’m very disappointed. I thought we had one guy in government who stood up for us. Worse than that. This morning he tweeted a threat that he would veto it. If he signs it now, meekly, without change, it's a clear sign that his threats are empty. His opponents in Congress - on both sides of the aisle - will neither fear him or respect him.
