It’ll pass, too. Isn’t democracy grand? /s
Petitioners pulled it. It’s dead, Jim.
I had a nice little Beretta .380 and the clip held 12 rounds. I couldn’t assault a big garbage can.
Does that include ‘one in the chamber’?
How about any Planned Parenthood clinic that murders more than 6 children a month is called an “assault clinic?”
No, it's called an extermination camp. Which is where the Left and the GOPe would like to send all white, conservative Christian males.
If you register can you keep them?
Yes.... for now. They'll likely push for outlawing grandfathered weapons in the following election cycle.
Petitioners pulled it. Its dead, Jim.
Is that right? Do you have a link?
The Supreme Court needs to reset this and all infringing efforts. Restate the obvious, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. If these people, and this goes with anywhere in the US, want to ban guns, address the source, the second amendment. Let them propose a repeal/replace and go through the steps to address this there, not through unconstitutional laws. I doubt they could get enough states to approve, but who knows.
Too bad these pathetically stupid, asshole politicians dont realize that anyone who is reasonably proficient with a pistol can perform a mag change in under two seconds.
The magazines seem to be magically difficult to attach to rifle or pistol. They simply do not understand guns of any type because “Ignorance is Bliss”.
I think it got re-filed under a slightly different designation (Initiative Petition 43, was 42). I don’t think it’s dead ... but it needs to be.
Any one that takes a magazine can accept more than 10. You just have to have a magazine that holds more than 10.
They worded it this way on purpose.
We need a commie-red purge here.
So much for Bill of Rights protections against the government taking your property without due process or compensation. This is raw fascism.
