So, let's say a person killed 50 people using many 9 round magazines, while another person who killed 50 people using many 10 round magazines.

The first person followed the magazine law while the second broke the law, so the first's actions were more more lawful and acceptable?

How many guns owned by the infringed will be rendered obsolete and a crime to own? It seems as though Oregon's representatives have been hoodwinked by the anti-2nd Amendment Left's misleading statistics and propaganda game. I am going to repeat my post that gives some real stats and some real world facts:

The anti-gun statistics use various methods to distort their figures. For instance, they will use guns per capita instead gun ownership per capita to compare the U.S. to other nations. Americans may have several guns in their possession, but they can only use one gun at a time to commit homicide.

The use of guns for suicide is added to the deaths by guns statistics. This gives a distorted relationship between gun ownership and gun deaths. It overlooks that the suicidal person, without a gun, will commit suicide another way. In countries that have low gun ownership, suicides may be higher than those with high gun ownership. For instance, Japan (rank #26 for suicides), with low gun ownership, has hanging as the most common method among both genders, followed by jumping from a high place. In the United States (rank #32), with high gun ownership, it was firearms among both genders, followed by hanging among males and drugs among females. Notice that Japan has a higher suicide rate!

Conclusion: Gun ownership does not determine suicide rate.

And this brings to mind the gun deaths that are related to the illegal drug industry. This industry has created a nation of thug murderers. Murders are done to keep other pushers from competing for the user market. Murders are done for street justice. Murders are done for revenge. Murders are done as an initiation requirement for gang membership. Murders are done in robberies to get money to pay for drugs. And the illegal drug industry has killed 64,000 people from drug overdoses in 2016. This exceeds the 17,000 homicides America sees each year.

The most dramatically way to reduce the deaths in on our nation is to solve the illegal drug plague killing Americans.

The ignorant useful zero-infobots for the Left have never examined the homicide rates in nations around the world. They have not seen the latest U.S. statistics. The following graphs show homicide rate vs gun ownership for various nations of the world and the homicide trends for the U.S.

Conclusion: You don't need guns to have a high homicide rate.

Ok. Thanks. I was thinking that all such weapons were already banned so to speak. I live in Missouri, but I was reading an article the other day about the abundance of ak47s in Chicago.

A policeman was gunned down the other day and one of the policemen wanted to also ban civilians from having body armor.
