THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO CONSIDERS MEXICANS ON US SOIL TO BE MEXICAN CITIZENS SUBJECT TO THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO

A sworn affidavit by Mexico's Consul General to a Texas court asserts that Mexico's official govt policy
is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access our generous welfare system.

The Mexican consul's sworn testimony asserts: "My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals, and, that the main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to Mexican nationals abroad." US SOIL ARE MEXICAN CITIZENS.

The Mexican consul's sworn testimony asserts: "My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals, and, that the main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to Mexican nationals abroad."

A footnote states that Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent. IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain parents Mexican nationality.

==========================================

Ergo, illegals have two governments looking after their interests.....our govt subsidizing them,
and the Mexican govt making sure they collect.

Its time the US govt looks after the interests of American citizens.

“Current rules penalize immigrants who receive cash welfare payments, considering them a “public charge.” But the proposed changes from the Department of Homeland Security would widen the government’s definition of benefits to include the widely used Earned Income Tax Credit as well as health insurance subsidies and other “non-cash public benefits.””

Uh, I don’t think they’ve been penalized in the least under Obama.

But this is great! The EIC and Obamacare subsidies are free handouts, just as much as welfare and food stamps.

This will whittle down the DACA ‘kids’ that will be eligible for citizenship. They’ll have to chose between their free handout and citizenship - and most don’t even want to be Americans. They just want free stuff.

Sounds like a win-win-win!

(Any reason why you don’t create you’re own account?)

WAPO: Is it asking too much to at least get the title to be accurate?

Immigrants who accept almost any form of welfare or public benefit, even popular tax deductions, could be denied legal U.S. residency....

And, will they also have their welfare and public benefits halted?

The headline is accurate.

This applies to all immigrants who have not yet become citizens.

How about immediate deportation?

Costs the US too much money. Take away all the illegal's ways of leaching, and you'll see a beautiful migration of overloaded pickup trucks headed south of the border, as they deport themselves.

From JamesP81 yesterday:

“Trump is finished in my household. If I wanted unconstitutional infringements of the 2nd and 4th Amendments I'd have voted for Clinton.

Screw this guy.”

They ought to be immediately made eligible for deportation. It’d be a bargain.

Any seeking public aid of any type should be deported. As a legal immigrant, it should be on the condition that they are self supporting or sponsored. They should never be living off the taxpayer ever.

The ‘saddest’ part of all this is that ‘WE’ are discussing or having to discuss/debate an issue that never should have festered into what it has become.

ANY politician who is AGAINST this should have to undergo a full scale probe as to HOW he is existing - as a Pol.

Most cheat to get EITC. Work on the books enough to qualify and work the rest for cash.
