There is an article above this one in which a Baltic leader states her appreciation for Trump and his leadership. It comes from a small state constantly under threat from a huge neighbor, Russia. The Baltics appreciate Trump’s leadership (as do the leaders of Eastern Europe, the Gulf States, and East Asian nations) even though Albright doesn’t. Really, that should surprise no one.
