Why don’t we organize a civilian militia? For one dollar everyone could join and get a card.

The ‘weapons of war’ argument against the 2A is wrong.

Look up the armaments of the Lucy, an early privateer. She had more than a dozen cannon. She was ready to accept letters of marque, and conduct war on behalf of the US government. - all constitutionally approved-

US Dist Judge Young upheld the Mass gun ban Young says AR15 design is based on guns “that were first manufactured for military use”. That covers about 99.9% of all guns sold including pistols. How many rifles use the K98 action are the 1911 action

I don’t have to worry about it. I lost all mine in a boating accident.

It was tragic. Tragic I tell you.

When the government declares war on the people, they should not be surprised when the people fight back.

Btw - the letters approved action - making war. The possession of the armaments required no such approval.

Next, semi autos regardless of caliber, then pistols, flintlocks knives, cross bows, then bows and arrows. Finally on the list will be rocks and fists.

Nothing has been learned from king George.

"The AR-15 and its analogs, along with large capacity magazines, are simply not weapons within the original meaning of the individual constitutional rights to ‘bear arms,’" U.S. District Judge William Young wrote in a decision Thursday.

Well then, that makes him a lying, stinking commie and he needs to hang from the nearest light post...

Judges are nothing more then lying, stinking lawyers in dresses...

And they will show a few “2nd Amendment lovers” turning in their weapons because “it’s the right thing to do” while the majority find ways to hide/keep their weapons - like when several places tried to do the “mandatory gun registration” deals with about 2% compliance...

Me trying to fight off the police from taking away my God given rights....

If you find yourself fighting off the police at your doorstep, you are doing it wrong.

There is no need or benefit from making "heroic last stands". General Patton had some words about that.

And we might as well learn from our enemies too.

In prewar Germany, the Communists targeted police and government officials. The Nazis targeted journalists, academics, and prominent non-governmental opponents. The Communists lost that fight. The Nazis won. It should be easy to understand why that was so.

The Nazis were in turn beaten by their own hubris. Considering themselves invincible, they over-reached, over-extended their forces, and blinded themselves to their true circumstances.

We should not be making any of those mistakes.

As a professional soldier I had the legal obligation to refuse an Illegal Order, even at the threat of being Court Martialed.

LEO's at every level, Local, State, and Federal, have that same obligation.

To that small percentage who hold their Oath in such cheap contempt that they would readily violate it while violating the Constitutional Rights of those they swore to protect I have a message: Hold your family close, kiss them goodbye, and make Peace with your Maker for there are millions of Americans who hold that Oath dearer than do you. We haved lived by it, we will die by it, and we will surely kill to uphold it.

Boulder has been commie for quite some time now.
20 years ago, they passed an ordinance changing the term, “Pet owner,” to, “Animal guardian.”
At the same time, passing protections for bubonic plague ridden prairie dogs.

I try to avoid that area.

Ef I'd my way I hed ruther
We should go to work an' part,—
They take one way, we take t'other,—
Guess it would n't break my heart;
Men hed ough' to put asunder

An' I should n't gretly wonder
Ef there 's thousands o' my mind.
