Netanyahu: The West should treat Iran the same way it treated Syria
Jerusalem Post ^ | April 15, 2018 | Herb Keinon

The same resolve the US, Britain and France showed in standing up to Syrian President Bashar Assad's use of chemical weapons in Syria needs to be shown in preventing terrorist states and organizations from getting nuclear capabilities, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said in a phone conversation Saturday night with British Prime Minister Theresa May.

Netanyahu, who was referring to Iran, spoke about this conversation at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting.

US President Donald Trump has given the European powers – France, Britain and Germany – until May 12 to fix the Iranian nuclear agreement signed in 2015. If it is not satisfactorily altered, he has warned, he will walk away from the deal.

Netanyahu reiterated that Israel fully supported Trump's decision to act against Assad's use of chemical weapons, and added that Jerusalem welcomed the French and British participation in the mission.

But liberals are absolutely 100% certain that Iran can never, ever, ever pose any threat at all. All that talk about it being the largest supporter of international terrorism is just fear mongering. What we really need to worry about is global warming.

The West: Netanyahu should quit volunteering other people to do things on his behalf.

I’ve been watching the left dance around Iran since the ‘70s. It was all because they had oil. Enough is enough. Frack you, Iran. Its time to do away with the mullas!

The good news is we finally have a President who is not inclined to stand in Israel’s way.

“The West: (((Netanyahu))) should quit volunteering other people to do things on his behalf.”

We’ll fall for it.

That’s the point.

You think Netanyahu is pushing the West into Israel’s war?

This is a total misreading of the true situation.

Israel is on the front lines, in the trenches in terms of the US and West’s national interests.

The Israel-Iran struggle is all about Iran’s attempt to conquer the Middle East...starting with Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt and then Israel.

Don’t forget during the same period Obama & Kerry were signing Iran on the ill-fated Nuclear deal, Iran was sinking a scale model mock up of a US Carrier in the Persian Gulf.

After all, America is the Great Satan, Israel the little Satan or...have you forgotten?

Kindly take your opinion to Tehran. Leave, love and live!

Roots of our culture reach back to the Holy Land. The current keepers are the peoples of Israel. We need to restore Christendom and Israel to its original size.
Have you ever looked at our constitution? or the basis of American law? All steeped in Christendom and the Holy Lands.
AND yes, we have been under attack for the last 20 years with the largest attack being openly led by the Obama coalition of marxists and muslims.
This soft coupe also tried to significantly shape American opinion into the acceptance of pro muslim values.

Gosh- I wonder who bought their buy lines?

The Roots of our Civilization are Classical, planted by Anglo-Saxon men. The Holy Land had very little to do with it. How do I know this?

The very evidence you mention: our Constitution, laws, Monuments and Architecture.

The culture you speak of can be found in the empty churches and cathedrals of Europe — Your Christendom.

Probably the best, fastest way to run Iran off the tracks for decades would almost have to be done by Israel, is not ridiculously expensive as these things go, and Israel may already have assets in place that could do it.

It would require some very specialized equipment, however.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_dams_and_reservoirs_in_Iran

“As of 2010, Iran has constructed 588 dams (big and small), with 137 more under construction and 546 planned.”

Using a device similar to a slow moving torpedo, that could either be dropped into the water from shore, or released from a fishing boat, then would navigate to the dam and rise to the optimal height to punch a hole in it. Water pressure would do the rest, tearing the dam apart.

On the plus side, dams are often located in chains on the same river, so the break of a large upstream dam can take out lower dams.

So why dams? Two reasons. Hydroelectric power and water. Taking both of these out cripples their society and economy, their electrical generation, and their military.

pluz - the Likuds strategy has failed big time. Bibi doubling down on failure is worse than stupid.

The Likud is Israel’s own worst enemy.

Bebe, we need a reason to act. But have at it if that’s what you want others to do and I say that as a fellow Jew.

Please cite me a single reference to “Christianity,” “the Holy Land,” or even “God” in the U.S. Constitution.

I left something in the toilet this morning that has more credibility than this @sshole:

Netanyahu: 'If you take out Saddam, I guarantee you that it will have enormous positive reverberations around the region.'

Dude,
The Charter of Maryland was the Magna Carta with the front cover ripped off and replaced with the Charter of Maryland.
Go read it yourself, or you can google it and find the liberal perspective.
I believe you will find God mentioned a dozen times.
Go read it and let me know whether I am right or Wong.

The Charter of Maryland dates back to colonial times, when Maryland was established as a Catholic colony in the 1600s. It dates back to a time when it was common for jurisdictions to have official religions. This practice was explicitly outlawed under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, mainly because the United States of America wouldn't have lasted more than 24 hours as an independent country if the Federal government had to pick one Christian faction above the others as the official state religion.

Am I missing something here?
