No, Rosalynn Carter is the youngest in that photo.

Another interesting thing about that photo is that all of them reached 90 years of age or over. Nancy was 94, Lady Bird was also 94, Rosalynn is 90, Betty Ford was 93, and Barbara was 92.

Playing the game of politics to win, and not pulling any punches so as to increase your odds of winning, is one thing. I approve of it if the other side has and is doing the same, particularly if they are going to destroy your society if they win. It is, after all, NOT a game.
But, your approach of not even being decent enough to offer condolences to a political opponent when they lose a loved one (or, as I suggested in the alternative, simply keeping your mouth shut if you can’t find something decent to say), is both stupid and revealing. Stupid, because the vast majority of people believe as I do. Don’t you hope to get the votes of those people who are on the fence? How do you think that acting like the Democrats do, by dancing on somebody’s grave, is going to profit you in the next election? How is it supposed to get that swing voter to understand that you and your party are better than your opponents? Revealing, because it shows that you are, in fact, no different then the Leftists, for whom winning is the only thing that matters and the means by which you do so are irrelevant. That is NOT how a decent person acts. A decent person, as I have said here and in my original post, either does the decent thing and offers condolences at a time like this, or simply shuts the hell up.
I wonder if you are like this in real life, or only when you are (gutlessly) protected by of your keyboard.

A decent person speaks the truth.
Some of you people sound frighteningly like the left. “You must say only what I approve of or you MUST not say anything at all!” “But... but... but that’s not DECENT!” some of you will hyper-ventilate. Well, too bad. I agree with Jane regarding Mrs. Bush’s support for abortion. It doesn’t take away my sorrow for the family’s loss or my empathy for them. It doesn’t take away my respect for the life of Barbara Bush or my hope that she has found eternal peace in paradise; On the other hand, Jane has made very valid points that I happen to agree with. If this ruffles feathers, so be it.
Fox News is pathetic this morning. All of them are fawning over how great of an American Barbara Bush was. Calling her an American icon. Franklin Graham even came on Fox and Friends to praise her. Not a one so far have mentioned her being a pro abortion, pro homosexual “marriage” supporter. Not a one of them have mentioned that she hated Donald Trump and said she didn’t understand how any woman could vote for him. The truth of the matter is she was in all liklihood a democrat her entire life. The entire Bush clan are liberals. Ronald Reagan only chose George HW Bush as his running made to appease the liberal Rockefeller wing of the GOP. The Bushes were the worst thing to happen to the Republican Party in the 20th Century.

Most of America does not support murdering babies in the womb. Barbara Bush did her entire life. Fox News is as phony as the day is long. Hell would freeze over before they told the truth about the sorry ass Bush clan. At least Trump did and he’s the reason Jeb Bush didn’t get the chance to lose to Hillary Clinton.
