Andrew McCabe Is Going to Have to Cut a Deal
The American Spectator ^ | 19 April 2018 | George Parry

Posted on 04/19/2018 9:17:45 PM PDT by lowbuck

Today, the Justice Department’s Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) referred former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe to the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Washington, with a recommendation that he should be criminally prosecuted for causing sensitive law enforcement information to be leaked to the Wall Street Journal and then repeatedly telling lies to investigators and former FBI Director James Comey about having done so. The OIG’s previous report detailed how McCabe authorized an anonymous leak calculated to make it appear that he had resisted pressure by Loretta Lynch’s Justice Department to close down the FBI’s investigation of the Clinton Foundation during the 2016 presidential election campaign and then proceeded to cover his tracks with lies. . . snip

If I were representing McCabe, I would carefully review with him yesterday’s congressional referral with an eye to determining where and how my client could be of service to prosecutors. There’s no reason why Andy should be left holding the bag while the insufferable Comey and the others skate. The time for McCabe to cut a deal with the U.S. Attorney is fast approaching. As we used to say to potential cooperators, he better get on the bus before it leaves the station

He should get at least as much time as Marts Stewart.

No deals is right. These people committed treason, tried to bring down a sitting President. They need to pay for their crimes, and they deserve no quarter. Go for the jugular on each and every one of them. The Bastards should be shot. Traitors in the past were shot for doing less.

Remember Tommy Lee Jones in the Fugitive when the suspect said “I’m not guilty”. “ I don’t care” bring them all in the people will be the judge of that.

It is ironic that the person most responsible for all of this drama still seems to be above it all....... but that is to be expected when you are dealing with the Clintons. The one true path for restoration of “equal rights for all” would be to fully investigate the foundation. That is at the heart of it all - start and finish. That is the most likely reason to have a private server. Wikileaks already released emails that most have forgotten directing state personnel that “so and so is a FOB (friend of Bill)”

A good way to begin would be to examine every single decision that state made when she was in charge. Identify those seeking a favorable decision and compare them to a list of donors (or their friends) around the time of the decision. I believe it would be quite shocking!

Hillary and Soetoro, or Gitmo. Your move.,

From another thread on the Norks:

...And as a goodwill gesture to PDJT, the North Korean's have made available to US law enforcement a large network of full function but now empty holding camps and jails.

Much easier than refurbishing GITMO.

That should easily accommodate the 25,000 sealed indictments.

“From what I understand the NSA has all the information. No deals will be offered.”

Hoping this is true.

No one with the power to cut a deal wants to know anything about Hillary Clinton. For some reason very powerful people are scared to death of her.

Uh, because they fall under the Executive Branch and the President. The difference is Obama’s people pledged their allegiance to Obama instead of the Constitution like they should have. Remember, power tends to corrupt (as in the Comey FBI) and absolute power corrupts absolutely (as in the Hoover FBI). I disagree that all they need to do is be honest and do their job. I’m certain most of them do that but without political prodding by the executive, including DOJ/FBI, we would never have had the social changes this country needed in the last fifty years when it came to Civil Rights for example. One could argue that career staff do as you describe while political appointees guide the bureaucracy in the direction that the duly elected President promised the people that elected him. It’s a delicate balancing act even under normal circumstances but with the deep state, led by Obama holdovers, doing all they can to avoid being pushed out it’s bound to look sloppy.

A bunch of that work has already been done. See Peter Schweizer's excellent, fully footnoted book, "Clinton Cash". Read some of the customer reviews.

Will he make a deal and start singing? Will he end up committing arkancide?

He might commit arkancide, before he has a chancet to sing.

As the noose tightened, McCabe tried to throw Page under the bus. She pulled out her text messages to support her side of the story (Andy was the source of the leak) & this is how the text messages came to the attention of the IG. Page was definitely not inclined to “kindly” take the fall for Andy. Cornered rats turn mean & there are going to be a lot of nasty ‘Rats going for each others throats before this is over.

"If I were Strozk I would be singing like a two dollar canary."

Strozk, Page, the Ohr's, Priestap and others are singing to the feds. That's why we are not hearing from them in public.

If McCabe doesn't flip, he goes to jail. And up the ladder we go.

He needs to give up Lynch, the Clintons, and a few others.

I don't really care about Lynch, what did she really do? Hillary will get hers when they reopen the investigation but I really really want that insufferable Comey in cuffs!
