This all started with Clinton. She knows that she is lucky that she is not in prison for treason, murder and election fraud and the foundation is not in smoldering ruins by RICO.

.
20 million, and they can’t even properly indict Russian employees of an American company that was formed a year later than the period their fake endictment is based upon.

They need to get used to ambulance chasing; its more suited to their competence level.

If the senate is projected to gain R seats in 2018 then why worry about the senate trying trump?

Yeah that’s what Rudy says. Mueller, meanwhile says “Hey y’all, watch this!”

Unindicted co-conspirator then?

I don't know the legal ins and outs on that but I'm guessing they'd have to have plenty of hard evidence or they'd be laughed out of the country.

By saying he ‘can’t indict’, Mueller is suggesting that he has evidence, but ‘can’t’ indict because of the direction in 1999. He needs to come out with the truth. There isn’t any evidence of criminality, so he cannot indict. The Left will hear from this, what they want to hear and the issue will never die.

Yanni or Laurel, the left hears what they want to hear, not what is actually there

Of course the fact that Trump isn't guilty of anything is a minor detail. If Mueller thought he could indict, he'd probably indict Trump for firing his friend Comey.

There was speculation on FNC last night that Mueller has given Comey immunity...which might explain why Comey seems so unworried about any legal jeopardy he might be in. Does Mueller have the authority to give Comey a clean bill of health for everything illegal he has done? If so, he can do the same for Hillary and Obama.

I’ve no idea if Mueller can give Comey or the others immunity but if he legally can there’s something really wrong with our laws, in my view.

1. everyone knew Mueller can’t indict or force a sitting president to testify, etc.
at least, anyone who’s passed the basic Constitutional Law class knew this

2. not incidentally, Mueller would need to charge DJT with something if he could indict him

... so far there’s not been a single substantive shred of evidence of any criminal conduct....

which is another reason why its LONG past time that this entire Mueller farce is SHUT DOWN
