Does this mean the the FBI Agent has agreed to testify against others, to save his/her pension?
In the course of normal law enforcement, someone caught dead to rights like this would have to have strong evidence to provide against a bigger fish, and would have to provide sworn affidavits detailing that information, and agree to testify under oath to the same, to escape prosecution.
This is really old. Why is it being recycled now?

How can ANYONE be charged with this crime? Since Hillary got a free pass - that kind of sets the bar in regard to equal protection under the law.

If you were even remotely connected to the Obama DOJ et.al, you could go on live television and bite the heads off of kittens and then hit old ladies with hammers and they would decline to prosecute you. Fact.
Why is Jeff Sessions still pulling in a pay check? He is without doubt the WORST thing that has ever happen to law and order in the this country. He gives cover to all of the corrupt in the DOJ and the FBI!
These people are guilty as sin, but they are just one fuse in a pile of political high explosives. If you set off one, the whole thing goes off. It’s a matter of assured total destruction with endless collateral damage nobody wants to usher in. I’m all for it.
