Breaking on local television. Local packed restaurant with an active shooter. Someone began shooting people and scanner traffic says an armed patron returned fire. Shooter is dead and laying outside the building. Helicopter showing what they can. Injured have been transported to OU Medical. For you OKC people, this is at Louie's On The Lake.

Won’t know for sure until all the facts come out but it sounds like he should be covered by the Stand Your Ground law. At some point he knew to draw his weapon and it sounded like it was after he confronted him. One witness said there was a pretty good volley of gunshots at that point.. he most likely saved more lives by taking him out. Civil lawsuits are troubling and need to stop.
After the first one or two, it should become extremely difficult or impossible for a bad guy to get the next ones off.
The cops may not charge him but the dead man’s family may attempt a civil wrongful death case.
Conceal and carry everywhere...eliminate the threat! Armed teachers will slow down school shootings.
POTUS should invite the Good guy to the Whitehouse as Ollie North stands next to him and award him the Medal of Freedom to him.

A few days ago a guy ran his SUV into a Restaurant where he had just seated his Family. His Family sat down and then he went back to his SUV and headed straight for them.
He killed his Wife and Daughter In Law and injured two other Family Members if I remember right.
Oh...I don’t own any guns.
Democrats/MSM sad about a missed opportunity to pile on re overturning the 2nd amendment. Had this only occurred at a “gun free zone” there could have been a desirable number of bodies. What a missed opportunity, and David Hogg was available too. Bummer
Maybe they sent the guy and weren’t counting on someone doing the right thing.

Considering the age we live in, if the suspect just willy nillie opened up shooting in public restaurant, then bails out the door, still armed, I'd say shooting the SOB would be a relief for everyone.
Not saying that's what this is, could have been a gang shoot, a PO'd husband, robbery, who knows. Have not seen the details.
Just read more. Looks like the suspect just walk in an shot people then exited...Yep..If he’s still armed exiting the establishment, I’d say it’s a good shoot.
