Viktor Orban is as solid as they come in EuroStan. I’d be willing to bet that Poland would be a close second tho Hungary.
People as a group are unreliable. They are generally ok as individuals but they are as relentless, destructive and unthinking as marching army ants in groups.
When you are different in any way you have to understand they can turn on you very quickly if you have been designated as scapegoat of the week.
