We should have a new special counsel who’d request that Mueller and his entire staff turn in their phones and all email records.

It's a request with a threat of ruination if the Muller Mafia has to force the compulsion.

It's an offer you can't refuse.

This Bozo overstepped his authority a year ago. Now he’s just thumbing his nose and turning handsprings.

Fearing a subpoena

A subpoena is only a directive to appear.

Mueller is not above the Fourth amendment. He still must get a warrant from a judge stating what he is looking for, where he expects to find it, and what crime it is supposed to be evidence of, before he can compel a person to turn over their phone.

Jolla request Mueller turn in his ID card and key pass, there is a legal size box on your desk, security will be here in 3 minutes to escort you from the building.

His unchecked power is sufficient to instill enough fear that they will comply.

When the People dear the Government, there is TYRANNY.
When the government fears the People, there is LIBERTY.

Same thing in the U.K.

Is this why Huma instructed Hillary’s staff to bust up their phones with sledge-hammers?

More Nazi stuff from the Mueller MS-13 wannabes. The witnesses should demand Mueller and his band of Clintoon shysters turn in their phones too.

This must be satire. Are people really that stupid?

If he gets a search warrant, fine. Otherwise, well, like I said, are people really that stupid?

Years ago, at the beginning of the email and cell phone era, I figured out that anything sent in email or transmitted on a cell phone needed to be treated as public information even if encrypted. Therefore, I have always acted accordingly. Back then I was concerned about foreign governments, not our own government; but that was then and things are different these days.

I think it is akin to the officer pulling you over for speeding asking to search your car.

Sure, they can ask...and I can say no.
