We don’t need Article V, we need state attorney generals who will stand up to the feds using the tenth. It is really that simple. Article V is asking for trouble.

That's true, however, there are many federal judge's who will block them.

So it's back to dealing with the feds...at least in the "short" term.

Before we can restore any semblance of the 10th Amendment, we need to:

• Maintain control of the Congress (both houses), preferably gaining more seats this mid-term.
• That will give Trump a far better opportunity to continue getting more conservative / "Constitutional" judges on the bench.
• Which will in turn give us a far better chance of bring more Article 10 power back to the states where it belongs.

The mid-terms 2018 will be a major factor in determining if Trump is ultimately successful or not because as we all know...he can't do it alone.
