Wow. Video of the incident. It is as if she had the whole transaction on video, as to trap the scuzzlim in a fit of rage after purposely trying to pay with quarters.
I guarantee the "victim" was planning to trap the vendor after hearing about, or "feeling dissed" by him previously.

She didn’t have video of “the whole thing” and it’s hardly a “Wow” that she did video part of it. Everybody has a smartphone now and everybody videos everything.

I got the same feeling. I'd bet that people know what buttons to push to make him go off. And what we don't see is the setup.
To be honest, no matter what the "verdict", it's refreshing to see someone not putting up with the b.s. from the professionally aggrieved.
