On Tuesday night Jeff Sessions told Tucker Carlson that he did not believe Rosenstein threatened Congress.

What did it for me was the very public dinner with Rosenstein. It is said that Sessions is protecting “his” department? Does this evil gnome not remember who put him in that department and where his first loyalty should lie?

The thing is, Trump usually is quick to fix his mistakes once he sees them. The Sessions mistake is a festering boil. I have never seen Trump tolerate a bad mistake this long. Call the Senates bluff that they wont let him fill his AG post after firing Sessions. Trump could easily brow beat the spineless Senate into submission, easily. Fire Sessions and then MAKE gutless jackwipe McConnell approve your new nominee.

Law enforcement agencies are supposed to instill a certain amount of confidence and comfort in the people they serve. This DOJ frankly, has me scared to death. They seem to have no controlling legal authority they are a law unto themselves.

I wish more people thought that way, but we see how willing our elected politicians are to ignore the rule of law if it means protecting a certain person or party. Party means far more to some than doing what is right. Heartbreaking.
