Seinfeld is and remains the very best show EVA.
Because there is almost nothing in life that doesn’t relate back to Seinfeld somehow.
Was watching the outtakes on the “Susie” funeral scene on YouTube last night. j Peterman was eulogizing Susie (who never existed) and admitting that he once slept with her. Jerry and Julia could not get through the scene without cracking up. Jerry’s line was to the office bitchy lady that he had slept with BOTH Susie and Elaine, but he couldn’t make it through.

Why reduce the fat content? All this anti fat rage is very misplaced. I eat all kinds of fat, am 74 years old, have a fifty inch chest, a 36 inch waist, weigh 230 pounds not counting clothing weight and people want to know how I stay so “skinny”. No, they are not joking, my wife and her sister are genuinely concerned that I look so thin. I have dropped forty pounds in the past ten years which I don’t mind but I do wish I were still half as strong as I was at 270. People who knew me did not think I was overweight then, even though, according to body mass index, I am on “the edge of obesity” at 230.

Very true, one needs fat in one’s diet....
B/c some nutrients are only dissolvable in fat.
Not consuming fats means losing out on valuable nutrients.

The yolk is the best and most nutritious part of the egg. It actually lowers cholesterol, contrary to conventional wisdom. Having just egg whites is silly. It’s almost as bad as eating chicken without the skin.

The steak, egg and cheese bagel is also good. Those McGriddle things are puke inducing and I eat s=fast food frequently and can choke down about anything
