But Barrett was confirmed to the 7th Circuit Court by the Senate in a 55 to 43 vote. She earned the vote of Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly, a Democrat and a Notre Dame graduate. “I believe she’s qualified to serve as a circuit court judge,” Donnelly said”
She was confirmed last October.

I watched the entire video. It was quite informative.
I came away with 2 main observations.
1). In terms of the “who decides” question she referenced many times, she prefers the legislature decides (issues) instead of the courts.
2). She will NOT overturn Roe v Wade. She thinks it is settled law, but will support restrictions - such as late term abortions, etc.

“Stare decisis” has been a BS argument right FRom the get-go!
Bad law is bad law, and bad SCOTUS decisions are bad SCOTUS decisions, irrespective of “how old they are!”
A SCOTUS decision that rights a previous SCOTUS wrong cannot be a “bad thing!”
