U.S. Sen. Susan Collins, a key swing vote for the next U.S. Supreme Court nominee, said she will not support a judge who opposes Roe v. Wade and abortion.

Collins, a pro-abortion Republican from Maine, told CNN on Sunday that she believes Roe v. Wade established abortion as a “constitutional right.”

“I would not support a nominee who demonstrated hostility to Roe v. Wade,” Collins said, “because that would mean to me that their judicial philosophy did not include a respect for established decisions, established law.”

Collins said this is unacceptable because it would “indicate an activist agenda,” the AP reports.

She also said she is not comfortable with all of the names on President Donald Trump’s short list of nominees.

It appears that only a leftist, Democrat judge would be acceptable to her.

Sorry Susan, Roe v Wade is activism run amok. Correcting it is the opposite of activism.

Ok, Susan, so that means you would have loved Dred Scott.

Collins votes for Kagan and Sotomayor, and she is concerned about activist judges????

Someone needs to dig up the dirt on Collins and bring her in line. The only “moderate” she would support at this time is a full-bore Progressive who claims to be Republican because he/she believes that Americans should be serfs to foreign corporations and governments.

Flake, Corker, Hatch and McCain are not facing the voters again and Collins, Murkowsky, Graham and Cornyn seem immune to voter wrath, so there could be trouble.

These dumbasses better hope that we do not start saying that they themselves are “not acceptable”.

She like to maintain prescience like Plessy Vs Ferguson and Dred Scott. She is a total socialist. She did not win the presidential election. We must not compromise with her 1 inch!! Latest projections show we gain 5 Senate seats AT LEAST!! She can go to hell! Also I must alert everyone to a bad RINO on the president’s list of 25 qualified . Brett Kavanaugh. He is horrible!! He was a bushite and is supported by GOPE!! He must be defeated!! Trump has been scammed on this horrible pick. He was slipped in at the last minute!! UNACCEPTABLE!! He is worse than Roberts / Souter combined!! He was promoted by that worthless RINO John Sununu whop sponsored SOUTER. STOP KAVANAUGH!!
