President Trump says in a new interview that he holds Russian President Vladimir Putin personally responsible for Russian meddling in the 2016 election, despite his refusal to condemn Putin publicly during a joint press conference earlier in the week.
Trump told CBS News' Jeff Glor on Wednesday that he believes Putin is responsible "because he's in charge of the country."
"Just like I consider myself to be responsible for things that happen in this country," Trump said.

The three big issues — Hillary’s server, Podesta’s emails, and the DNC server — have not been proved to be Russia.
If Trump accepts proclamations by the American intel agencies headed by Brennan, Clapper and Comey as true, and that he has confidence in them, then the President is not the man I thought him to be. I don’t accept anything those three, who worked tirelessly under the last administration to undermine those things good for America. They have proved themselves to be the real enemies of our nation.

And Russian election meddling is, indeed a triviality. Of Course it was done. The difference between now and 35 years ago is that the meddling was so penny-ante. Every government meddles in the politics of at least its neighbors. We and Russia and China do it the most. China probably is the most effective.
He says he accepts that intel’s declaratioin that Russia meddled is true. It is true. Also inconsequential.
When Trump said he believes his intelligence service he was not necessarily referring to the CIA,NSA,FBI. He said “his” intelligence service. He has his own.
Isn't that a breath of fresh air! King Obama NEVER EVER took responsibility for anything that put his lordship in a bad light.
And Israel holds Obama personally responsible for their election meddling.
