Couldn't find this at any other source (yet) but here's a synopsis: the district court judge, John Keenan, threw out the case, stating (of all things) that this is an issue that must be dealt with by the other two branches of government, not the judiciary.

This is the second case that was thrown out for similar reasons (the other one was in, of all places, California).

Yes, in reading a judge properly expressing the role of the judiciary, I was officially gobsmacked.

Wasn’t the other one the ninth circus, a completely unforeseen occurrence?

Because it’s Israel’s fault - they have the machine that does it.

In our highly political government, anything associated with punchy, slappy, chokey Schneiderman is now damaged goods.

I was actually hoping this would go to trial so that evidence could be presented from both sides. It would have cost the defendants a chunk of money. But imagine getting to put the science on trial.

Left insists on a rigid separation of church and state except when it comes to this gutter religion. In this case, participation, tithing and morale are mandatory.

Cumo should have to pay all expenses associated with this out of his own pocket.

Will Cuomo double-down with the Fed Tax lawsuit? Nixon is hoping he will.

Geographically, New York is Red. But Cuomo is running to the Left of Nixon to secure his alliance with the overwhelming urban Democrats. If Cuomo blows it, the seat could go Right.

there are lawyers who’ve spent their entire legal education in college focused on this issue.

Eventually they will find a friendly judge and get their case. Some year. Some decade.

Saw an anniversary report on the war on big tobacco. The documents that exposed cigarette manufacturers covering up the harmful effects of tobacco were stolen and leaked. We’ve been told that the whistlerblower documents on the DNC rigging the 2016 primary were illegally obtained and should not be read.... that it was different than the pentagon papers because it was a private entity.

That’s the right answer for a number of these immigration issues too. Are things turning? I doubt it

The tabacco money has run out, blue states need a new cash cow. Some industry they can fleece whilst feeling self righteous. They have failed going after gun manufacturers and energy companies.

Maybe soda and energy drink companies are next? They have lifted the restrictions on what you can spend food stamps on and now diabetes is an epidemic among the Democrats most reliable voters. They know this, hence the attempts we’ve seen to restrict cup sizes in New York City for example. They have liberated the diets of the poor and it’s killing them don’t you know.
