Worked with my current 19 years. Your poor statement is why many companies do poor. There are things that can be part of that relationship other than pure money.

Companies do poor for any number of reasons, and treating employees poorly is one of them.
As for the employer-employee relationship. My only advice is, Don’t love your job as it can’t love you back.
Employees and employers are always disposable.
“Citizens are being replaced. Ask Disney, State Farm, Southern California Edison...”
Suppose a Chinese company offered you a job, a job that is very similar to your current job, and would pay you ten times what you make now?
Would you take the job?
No, I wouldnt.
To take that job in the same way the tramp steamers full of Indian nationals steal jobs here, Id have to obtain a Chinese work visa for the position.
Unlike our politicians, I suspect the Chinese are smart enough to not allow the strip-mining of Tech jobs across China.
Let’s say that you did not have to move. Same type of job in your same city.
Would you take a job from a Chinese company that pats ten times what you now make?
No, I wouldn’t. For that price, there would be a catch.
If you want to suggest jobs like this, you need to make those suggestions on the same terms these job stealing Indian thieves have when they arrive here.
It’s well past time to return all of these visa workers home, where they can work on making India great again.
Been at my place for 18 years. Maybe yours has not lasted because you talk like you do here.
Does you job love you?
More than you do, rofl
