You’re right BUT putting it in writing that you’re going to use your official position to change the outcome of an election is pretty damn serious, too. I’m glad that he was that stupid. Doing it just to harass somebody is prosecutable, this guy’s texts alone warrant jail. I wouldn’t give a crap if he was texting F-Trump all day long, it’s admitting that as a govt. employee on the clock he’s using govt. law enforcement resources to actively subvert an election that is a real problem.
