They behave just like they do in their African homelands where there are no white people. The most infamous genocide of recent years has been the Rwandan genocide of Hutus versus Tutsis, where it is estimated that up to 2,000,000 people were slaughtered. There was not a white person or Klansman to be seen. The cruel senseless slaughter still boggles the mind and wrenches the gut.

I have a theory that there is a genetic predisposition to this sort of behavior; it is hard coded into their DNA. In Chicago the the Crips and Bloods etc. are stand-ins for the Hutu and Tutsi. It's just tribal warfare transposed from the jungles of Africa to the jungles of Chicago.

Yet, Charlottesville got more attention.

I am presuming that means that the shooters in Chicago were Black and that their victims were Black too.

Yes, but the “black community” won’t heed his counsel. Starting with separating themselves from the American community.

The only people who can solve this are the people living in those areas. They are the ones committing the violence and attacking the police.

Check out secondcitycop.blogspot.com and see what a Chicago cop has to say about the situation. The comments he gets are telling, too. The police are simply going to stop responding to calls in black neighborhoods when blacks don’t want them there and the city officials don’t support them.

The only people who can fix these problems are black people themselves. Black athletes could be far more productive by going to schools and community centers to encourage constructive behavior and shaming self-destructive behavior.

Dr. Williams has the solution, but will blacks accept his wisdom?

I doubt it, it would mean admitting that it 'ain't whitey's fault' and that won't happen.

but keep in mind that black people had the intestinal fortitude to lead the world's greatest civil rights movement through some very dark days from 1865 to 1965.

Which was against the DEMOCRAT PARTY!! Why did the Black Community Surrender and then Join the very KKK and Segregationists DEMOCRAT PARTY they spent 100 years fighting????
