How many of these lower court would-be dictators have been impeached? How many of them have been ignored?
This is more of a technical ruling based upon procedural requirements by the E.P.A. known as the Administrative Procedures Act that requires a 30 Day waiting period before finalization. Sounds much like they can still do it if the new E.P.A. Administrator follows that rule but until then the Obama enhanced rules remain as they were. It will obviously give the LEFT ammunition to say that this Trump Administration is ‘lawless’ but otherwise it looks like this injunction will be temporary.
On the other hand there is a similar suit in New York State brought by 11 state AGs (all Democrats) for much the same thing. Differing decisions at different Federal Courts is an almost direct line to the US Supreme Court.
As fast as Trump is replacing bad eggs, we still need more MAGA judges.

I can’t see that, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they declared the 2016 election null and void because of “obvious” Russian tampering and therefore Hillary is really President and if President Trump and his supporters don’t like it, tough because we’re all deplorable racist troglodytes anyway.
Actually, it would be delightful if one of them did that just to see if SOMEONE on the side of good had the balls to actually stand up to them. The way things are going, I can see Congress saying: “Oh, well, sorry, Donald - you have to step down, then,” the media agreeing 99% (the 1% is Hannity) and Jeff Sessions recusing himself because he’s too busy at the ATM cashing his paycheck.

The sky is the limit apparently. “Federal Judge Rules (insert topic here).” Foreign policy, taxation, what will be next? Federal Judges are out of control and need to be reigned in.
On another note, the concept of “nationwide” injunctions has been questioned by several members of the Court. I wonder wha Kavanaugh’s view on this is? Take this away from the lower courts and the ACLU is toast.

What I find incongruent is why are executive orders treated like legislative law?
Trump needs to say that one of these rulings violates separation of powers and that he will ignore it.
If the GOP makes gains in Congress, they should seriously consider a Judiciary Act of 2019 and reorganize the lower courts to rein them in.
