Hilarious! My uncle is a cop — NYPD — and said they used routinely to describe people — suspects, witnesses, sometimes even victims! - as “Psycho”. Eventually, they realized they could get heat for that, so “Psycho” became “E.D.P.”, short for “Emotionally Disturbed Person”.
“Back long ago LAPD used to call black suspects male normal over the radio.”
Last time I listened to a scanner, Prince George’s County, Maryland (borders DC), “Number One” meant black, “Number Two” was white and after that it was Hispanic, Aisan, etc.
He looks like he just crawled out of a filthy dumpster. We lost a good productive citizen at the hands of dirty lowlife piece of excrement.
“and sandals with white socks”
He’s guilty of more than one crime, then.

Was this a hit?
Yep...
“It is what as known as part of the inner Northwest which is coded language for a real dindu snakepit, unless it has changed a lot in the last few years.”
No part of DC is more than scant minutes by car from any other part of DC. I used to have to remind people who said that Chandra Levy lived in a “safe” neighborhood.
yes but there was something reflective in the front forehead and in the video it appeared to be a cap. The “shirt” looks more like a muslim style tunic or it could have been a rain poncho.
no kidding - it’s ridiculous
Wow.. That same question crossed my mind after reading who she was.
Yeah.hmnn..If only...if only.
Random whitey attack for purposes of gang initiation?
In any case of a jogger or a hiker being attacked I always wonder if they are wearing those little ear buds and listening to music. I would practically never wear ear buds. They cut off your only sense of what is behind you. I frequently see joggers wearing them. In the city there is the danger of people and cars.
FiscalNote is a privately held software, data, and media company headquartered in Washington DC. The company was founded by Timothy Hwang in 2013, with the help of Gerald Yao and Jonathan Chen.[5].
FiscalNote provides software tools and platforms, data services, and news to companies and organizations through the FiscalNote Government Relationship Management (GRM) service, its core revenue-generating product[6][3][7][8].
According to Entrepreneur Magazine, the GRM aggregates legislation, regulations and government filings from thousands of federal, state and local agencies, uses artificial intelligence to structure it and normalize it, and delivers personalized data feeds to companies to show how government may be impacting their businesses.
It is primarily used by Congressional offices, law firms, trade associations, lobbyists, corporations, embassies, federal contractors, and public affairs professionals. [9]. It now covers over 40 countries around the world and hopes to reach all 200 by 2019.[2]
FiscalNote is also the owner of media companies Congressional Quarterly and Roll Call, which it acquired from The Economist Group in 2018[10][11].
It’s so confusing.
It’s like those terrorist attacks in the Middle East, Europe, America.....
WHAT do they have in common?
Very, very complicated to figure it out.
Hmmmm they work on tech that allows governments to better interface with tech and their people. Who are their investors? CIA might like backdoors into such tech.
Also, that is a huge high value reward for the DC police to put out in a city where murders occur frequently especially amongst less “valued” citizens. This murder has struck a nerve somewhere!
Posted this at FoxNews for all the good it will do...
I’m very sorry lady, but when seconds counted, the police were minutes away. The town of Washington, D. C. created an atmosphere where the killer was safe. Isn’t it about time decent people were able to defend themselves with a small weapon? How many defenseless dead women will it take?
Whoa! Interesting, thanks.
