Oh, no...no sir. You’re not getting off that easily. Somebody up in Congress initiate a case against Ford, her lawyers, Feinstein and others for conspiring to subvert legal government process...sedition. Arrest them!

I agree.

The translation of the article is:

“The smear is complete, and I received my pay off.”

Anita Hill had a history of contact with Clarence Thomas to build her lies on. Ford had to make her story up out of whole cloth. We still don’t know whether they had even actually met.

She’s not pursuing anything further out of altruism. There are a number of Maryland law restrictions against any charges being pursued. The key is the state of the law in Maryland at the time when the fake allegation happened

The most serious allegation that authorities could pursue, given the sworn testimony provided by Ford, would be attempted rape. But that was considered a misdemeanor in Maryland in 1982, and that would be the relevant legal standard.

As a misdemeanor, the offense carried a one-year statute of limitations, meaning charges would have had to be filed within a year of an incident, according to John McCarthy, Montgomery County’s longtime chief prosecutor.

The Maryland legislature changed the law in 1996, making attempted rape a felony and removing the statute of limitations. Prosecutors must apply the law as it existed at the time of the allegations,” McCarthy said.

Other possible charges, such as second-degree assault, remain misdemeanor offenses in Maryland and subject to a one-year statute of limitations

“Christine Blasey Ford has no plans to further pursue allegations against Brett Kavanaugh”

Of coursse not! Her job for the RATs is done! Furthermore, if she did, there would be discovery — and she doesn’t want to be discovered!

But as far as pursuing the BSMedia I wonder If FReepers could form a Class Action group and sue these media outlets for fraud for FAKE NEWS.

An impeachment comes with a trial in the Senate. Suddenly those softball questions she was asked in the Judiciary Committee hearings are going to be coming hard and fast. Contradictory statements are going to be exposed. This is the last thing the Drama Queen wants.

I mean think about it. How is what they have done different than selling ground beef that had salmonella in it? In fact, the maker of the ground beef didn’t do it on purpose.

Of course. She knows that if there was a thorough investigation of her story, she ends up in jail.

Wonder if she’ll have to talk like an 8 year-old for the rest of her life.

To think this lying Trump-hating, liberal activist, abortion activist nearly stopped the nomination of a very good man and a brilliant jurist.

Watch her slink into the shadows, even though the femi-nazis will try and parade her around and raise funds from her lies.

I want to see Ford, McLean, her lawyers, Feinstein and everyone who put this smear campaign together, prosecuted!!!

I want to hear about the reverse...is the full weight of the government going to pursue her and her evil cabal of co-conspirators? Subpoenas, Grand Juries, and indictments should begin to flow.

Here are the images with the witnesses Grassley's team has interviewed, look at the dates - they kept interviewing people even YESTERDAY...

If I was her, I’d be more worried about Kavanaugh and HIS attorneys. They have a good defamation case.

Hill and Thomas were adults, not high schoolers and nit 36 years earlier.

Of course it’s a lie. Her lawyers would have told her what the committee was offering. It was also all over the MSM for days... They simply needed more time to put together the attack, rehearse it over and over, imagine all questions that might come and have the answers ready.
