Give her some slack, she’s 29. She did work as a bartender making margaritas and serving horse urine Coronas. Gerry Nadler is 71 and has NEVER worked outside of govt and never wanted to work outside of govt. He loves Govt so much he spent only one day sitting shiva for his departed twin brother three weeks ago. Then it was back to DC. Loopy could wing up the same but I doubt she will ever match Nadler.
She don’t use no words real gooder so you are droolers for pointing out it.
Constitutionally, she has to wait until 2024 but of course, the Constitution doesn't matter to Democrats.
No guy ever laughs at the girl bartender when she's trying to sound intelligent.
Reduces the chance of getting in her shorts to zero.
Of course the smarter ones actually realize that.
lol.
I have a Right to Bear Arms.
Tell me when they set up Government Run Taxpayer Funded Gunsmith’s.
It’s not her “word slips”, it’s Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s display of a liquid-helium-temperature IQ that the GOP is pointing out.
She makes Quayle smart.
Quayle is a smart (intelligent) man, it was the socialist/prog/communist/democrat/lib press that proved themselves to be stupid, idiots.
POTATO and POTATOE are both correct ways to spell the word.
In dictionaries printed since 1992, “POTATO” is listed as the correct and acceptable way to spell the word.
In my 1952 Websters, both examples are used and considered acceptable spellings.
This is an example of one instance in which Alinsky was correct...”ridicule” does get under their skin...a formidable weapon against the left.
Welcome to politics, you disgusting little puke!
You think Republicans or bad? Wait until the dams turn on you !
I give her one term. The dem elite aint got time for her bs
I hope you are right.
But these people are stuck on stupid.
I'm tired of hearing liberals promote "rights" which are really just a claim on somebody else's life. If we really did have a "right" to healthcare, then in the event of insufficient funds to pay for the services of doctors and nurses it would be appropriate to force the doctors and nurses to perform healthcare services without pay.
There is no such thing as a "right" to something that requires the effort of others to provide for your right. It is no more logical than a right to be warm in your house, or free from the risk of earthquakes, or a right to receive money every month. Rights are things you already have, which are to not be infringed by the government. Rights can't be things that may or may not be possible to provide based on how much money is available to provide them.
Sure, but that’s contractual, not a right. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, gun ownership, free speech, etc. are rights. They are free of cost—no one else pays for my right to have them.
They should, but they won't. The Fall 2018 issue of their magazine Bostonia says:
"Everybody knew her as one of the smartest people in the room"
That tells you a lot about the kind of students that go to Boston University.
“Sure, but thats contractual, not a right. Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, gun ownership, free speech, etc. are rights. They are free of costno one else pays for my right to have them.”
I see it as a contract right, something one has a right to by virtue of a contract or agreement with someone else.
The rights you listed are natural or inalienable rights, except maybe for the gun ownership. You wrote “they are free of cost” but gun ownership involves cost, either the cost of paying someone else for the gun or the cost of one’s own labor in turning natural material into a gun yourself. We are not born with arms as we are with the ability to live and the ability to pursue happiness. We have the right to bear arms, but only if we can get them and no one is naturally obliged to give them to us as far as I know.
