I lived in Southern California for 17 years, back when California was still mostly normal.
In the 1990’s, when a gang banger killed another gang banger the police had a name for these type of killings.
The LAPD called them an NHI crime.
NHI = No Human Involved.

Is this just repeating a falsehood until believed to be true? What substantial,credible,verifiable evidence points to this statement being true? It was mu understand that he wasn’t even on campus when the shooting took place???
He admitted that “stopping school shootings” is a stupid thing to try, because they almost never happen, and almost nothing proposed would make a difference in these one-of-a-kind events.
He also admits that hardening schools is a valid solution, but dismisses it because it is solving a non-problem.
He also admits that the real problem with gun violence is society, but obviously doesn’t get into the reality of inner city minority and illegal immigrant violence.
