What’s the penalty for making a false police report about a “hate crime”? I hope it is a substantial fine and some prison time.

So I guess the brothers were needed to “stage” the “attack” while Jussie had his manager on the phone so that the manager could report hearing the struggle over the phone.... supposedly adding credibility to the incident.
These Hollyweird types may think that all of life is like their scripts.....
Sounds like Jussie was using his manager (who may or may not have been in on it) to have a seemingly independent “witness” to the attack, even if only by phone.... since it would have been much more difficult to stage it for a genuine eyewitness.

I have the impression that filing a false police report is not usually considered much of a crime. False rape accusations are usually not prosecuted or result in minimal legal consequences, though the crime has a specific human victim, the falsely accused rapist. In this case there is no specific victim.
