I still remember the 1st time I played this on a really good stereo, and I’ve been on a quest for “a better stereo” ever since...
As someone on You Tube put it (paraphrasal), “you need the best stereo money can buy to understand Heep.” Well, ok, maybe not the “best” (I could never and will never afford THAT, whichever it is at any time), but, you need it to be pretty darn good...
Interesting side note: The Bulgarians sort of take this tune as a sort of celebration of their breakaway from the Soviet Union, and have a big festival every July, based around freedom and this tune. “A road of their own.” See comments:
