State Department investigators probing Hillary Clintons use of a private email server as secretary of state discovered nearly 600 security incidents that violated agency policy, according to a report the Daily Caller News Foundation obtained.
The investigation, conducted by the State Departments Bureau of Diplomatic Security, found 38 individuals were culpable for 91 security violations. Another 497 violations were found, but no individuals were found culpable in those incidents.
The investigation concluded Sept. 6, and to the report, dated Sept. 13.
The investigation sought to determine if the exchange of emails on Clintons server represented failure to properly safeguard classified information and whether any individuals at State were culpable for any of the failures. (RELATED: State Department Reboots Hillary Clinton Email Probe)
Clinton exchanged more than 60,000 emails on a private email account hosted on a server that she kept at her residence in New York. She emailed frequently with longtime aides Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan, and an outside adviser, Sidney Blumenthal.
The FBI investigated whether Clinton mishandled classified information by using the server. Former FBI Director James Comey announced July 5, 2016, that he would not be recommending charges against Clinton over the server, though he did say she was extremely careless in using an off-the-books email system.

If Hillary Rotten Clinton, and ALL of her enablers, were sentenced to the justice they deserve, they’d have to build a new prison to house them all.
So 38 indictments or criminal referrals right?
One reason that investigators were unable to assign culpability in the 497 incidents was because of the duration of the investigation. Many of the subjects of the probe, including Clinton and her circle of aides, has left the State Department by the time the investigation began.
And that's the most infuriating thing of all. I know in the military anyone who might hand classified information is instructed in how such material must be handled.
Maybe the best civilian comparison is in the issuance of a driver's license. People have to pass tests that indicate they are knowledgeable about traffic laws. They must demonstrate knowledge of the applicable laws, or they aren't issued a license.
That Hillary didn't intend to break any laws is total, made up BS. It's as if an attorney said in traffic court: yes, my client got drunk and drove down the interstate at 100+ mph., but he did not intend to break any laws.
People receive a clearance to handle classified material, and that is issued with the requirement that those receiving a clearance know how classified material must be handled.
She is a Russian Asset so move along.
How many of these violations would any active duty military person with a security clearance, be allowed to have before going to jail?
Interesting this was released on a Friday afternoon.
Even more interesting... the report was finished on Sep 13. What has been going on with it for the last month?
Yeah but that is old news.... Trump is a bad man...
Other people go to jail for putting highly classified material into unclassified personal emails.
Trump doesn’t have the balls to prosecute Hitlery.
He’s been great in business dealings, but he absolutely sucks at law enforcement.
And they take billions from us, pure theft and cronyism
Using a home-brew email system to hide your communication trail and circumvent National security protocols would have you or I spending the rest of our lives in a federal pound-me-in-the-ass prison. Miss Haversham will get a letter in her file.
Meanwhile at the super secret underground HQ lair of the doh-j............crickets.
Hillary may be doing her a favor- a cat fight might help the ratings and give Gabbard some news coverage.
Mistakes were made, reforms will be implemented.........../s
That and Hillary making her coconspirators her lawyers. They all got immunity too.
