One of my favorite shows and one of Quinn Martin’s best.
That’s the only way the city will get cleaned up.
This seems odd; Larry Ellison, founder and owner of Oracle, is a big time liberal, heavy donor to bill clinton, even gave him nice post-presidential payoffs. One would think that he’s in favor of wallowing in the proud creation of his political landsmen.

Same here - work in the tech industry, and refuse to go there - even though it is pretty much the epicenter of the industry.
Not only the grotesque amount of filth, but the pathetic site of old ladies sleeping on cardboard boxes in a city where all these so called ‘progressives’ are earning 2-300K per year was just to much hypocrisy for me to handle.
One of the richest cities in the country, full of ultra-left wing liberals, and there are 70-80 year olds dying in the streets - I feel bad for them (not so much the young drug addicts).
My son was eating in a restaurant there and could see a homeless guy outside the window on the sidewalk.
He bought the guy a to-go meal and gave it to him when he left the restaurant. The guy berated him for not giving him money instead.
On of my pastors knows a guy who dresses up in rags and panhandles all day, then goes home to his upper middle class home, changes into regular clothing, nearly every day. He told him, “I have to make at least $400 a day, to live in my home and afford everything I want.” And he does.
Are you saying the big shot techies would rather wallow in sin than wallow in shit?
