He can push, but he'll need 60 to get that measure to the floor. He could have gotten 60 votes for censure if the House had sent over a censure resolution. But getting the 60 votes to cut off debate on the measure is unlikely. That's because very few Republicans, even Murky, want to put their fellow Republicans on the spot.
