Jussie Smollett has been indicted by a special prosecutor in Chicago, nearly a year after the charges against him over an alleged hoax attack were dropped. Fox reports the special prosecutor brought charges against Smollett on Tuesday. It is not clear what those charges are but he is due in court on February 24. It is now more than a year since Smollett claimed he was attacked at 2am in Chicago on January 29 while out getting a sandwich. All misdemeanor charges.
He'll pled out, pay a fine and walk.
Jussie might have to do 'community service' give obummer a lewinsky or worse, give his husband... ugggghhhhh.

I actually care less about him going to jail than I do about him having to publicly come clean. Not that I think he doesn’t serve to do some time, but I think him having to stand before the public and admit “yeah, I did this” is way more important.
