“The left wing media is hellbent on destroying the economy and this phony baloney flu has given them their opportunity to do that.”

Yes they are.

But they would cover this virus just a fervently, and just as sensationally if POTUS Trump never existed.

The folks who make it about Trump are deceiving themselves.

I hope that’s the case.

I understand people not wanting markets to collapse and political consequences.

Sadly, I think we will look more like Northern Italy inside of the next few months:

Based on what facts do you think the United States is more equipped or capable of handling this crisis than Europe?

The freedom of movement in China is accepted. I would posit that a city the size of New York (as Wuhan is) would devolve into riots and chaos here. Our criminals have ‘rights’ and mass rioting and looting would be more likely to happen here than China.

But what’s your reasoning?

30,000 again by fall? Purely wishful thinking and hookup toking.

We haven’t begged to feel the effects of supply chain disruptions. Big layoffs coming up in tourism and transportation, followed by manufacturing and retail. Already hitting energy and banks.

It’ll take one to two years to recover, maybe longer. Remember it is “elevator down, escalator up.”

Even worse, the indoctrinated electorate will believe that none of this would have happened under communist president.

Apparently an analyst on the radio said the supply chain disruptions are being over played.

Tale of Two Cities. The majority of global demand for oil no longer comes primary from the United States. I believe the rest of the world IS heading into recession and was before the virus. The USA seems to be bucking that trend due to good policy decisions.

The oil markets are no longer rational and frankly when it comes to markets I don’t believe anymore in rational markets. Oil had no business at $120 and probably is stupid to be sitting at $34.

Except Kudlow was associated with that fraud Cramer. I don’t trust him.

This could very well take out the Mullahs in Iran.

Yeah, but Kudlow is also the top White House economic expert. That’s the state of things.
