Just had my community test. I was pre-registered and didn’t have to wait, but the walk up/drive up line was long and non-stop.

Having a Qtip shoved up you nose until it almost comes out in your throat was not fun but it only took about 5 seconds.

How to give a party, an open party anyone can go to, and only a few want to go. LOL

Let me see, how many people who had a flu bug at home anytime between last fall and April went out and sought a flu (Influenza) test? My guess is that 90+% not.

they’re probably tired of rounding up fake patients to wait outside covid testing areas for the DBM to make their propaganda...

Washington State is opening up testing to everyone that wants it. I didn’t have any symptoms but I work in the original Washington hot zone in the Puget Sound and live in the Yakima Valley which is now the highest rate per capita on the West Coast.

I practice social distancing mainly because I can’t stand being around other people and it helps with my natural tendency for situational awareness. I only worn a mask twice, once to Costco a month ago and yesterday at Safeway only because my wife was with me and insisted I put it on.

I guess most people not running out to get tested know that most people remain asymptomatic or have a mild illness, or have a worse illness but get over it. Those positive odds do not bring folks to a negative sounding party.

As of now, NY and NYC have no shortage of tests.

Of the tests reported by New York today (26,161) only 5% (1,250) were positive.

It's over, open things up!
