I never heard of the "New Mexico Civil Guard" before, (although admittedly 'I don't get out much anymore' and most of the NM news I hear is via the NM ping list here). Wouldn't be surprised if it was some sort of false flag operation to give Governorlissima Lujan an excuse to crack down on 'patriots'.

Looked like self defense. No idea what caused him to draw his gun in the middle of a mob, or if that was justified, but at the end there were several people on him, and he didn’t have much choice. Attacking a man with a gun is never a good idea.
I hope the injured person is one of the attackers, and not a bystander.

The left has already decided some people’s lives matter far more than other people’s lives. They’ve made that clear over and over. Self-defense is no longer a justification for anyone whom the left has already dehumanized.

If I was on that jury it would be a reasonable case of self-defense. Of course in this day and age, that guy is going to have a long road in front of him.
Self defense is right. Watch it frame by frame, blue shirt shooter gets clocked by skateboard then the mobs jumps him, just prior to the shoot.
