Make it clear. When the mayors of these cities can prove they can ensure they can stop the attacks on government buildings federal troops can leave.

Until then troops will remain.

If these mayors are going to stick to the lie that the rioting is a “myth” and that all of the protests are “peaceful”, then they should have no need for any federal funding to repair the damage to their cities. Any requests for federal funds should be summarily rejected by President Trump.
