You’d think that these coaches would have at least some dignity and self-respect. At a minimum, here’s the way I would have handled it.
BLM players: We demand that you march with us!
Me: No can do. My lumbago is acting up again. And I’ve got arthritis of the Metamucil. So I’ve got to take a pass.
