“...reckless burning...”
That’s a new one to me.
Is Domingo one of ours, or an import smuggled in?
In some states that’s the downgrade from intentional arson. They’re deliberately undercharging him.
Thanks.
Can’t believe this is his first brush with the law.
> He was released and arrested again Monday morning for allegedly starting six small more fires. <
I think I see the problem right there.
A valid use of this charge would be someone who made a trash burn pile (which is normal and legal in many rural areas, if not the brightest idea) and lit it while in a drought and caught the nearby forest or grasslands on fire unintentionally. Should have known better, did it anyway - reckless burning. Also someone setting up a BBQ in the middle of a dry, brown grass field with the intent of having a picnic, who then accidentally catches the field on fire.
Man arrested for starting at least 7 brush fires along I-205
Domingo Lopez Jr. was arrested Sunday afternoon for allegedly starting 1 fire. He was released and arrested again hours later after police said he started 6 more.
I saw what you did there.
Why are we so hard on this mostly peaceful arsonist? Is it me, or do these Antifa people look genetically challenged?
Cross-eyed = deranged or on drugs... = Liberalism. Looks like the kool aid cult guy.
Is this the dancing man in the video memes?
There should be open season on anyone holding a Molotov, no license required.
He lives in a tent in Oregon. He’s not one of mine.
Libs saying its global warming.
Notice they released this guy. No bail.
Another ‘Catch & Release’?
I sure hope not!
and in the meantime, the morons at Fakebook are hiding all reports of arson on the west coast and claiming they are false according to their “fact checkers”.
Maybe his first brush with the brush fire setting law.
Shoot him on the side of the road. Leave his body for the carrion feeders.
