Sarah should run for the seat no matter what Lisa Murkowski’s decision.... Too much ‘drama queen’ crap with Murkowski.

[Her political capital may be somewhat dated, but Sarah Palin would rocket to the top of the political world should she decide to run for Senate in 2022. ]
Her AK numbers were abysmal when she left office. No one knows how a Senate bid would pan out. However, the wild card factor is why Murkowski doesn’t want to find out. And that is why she might end up voting for Barrett.

I think her brand is a bit dated by this point. That's my take, too.
She has added a LOT of baggage since her VP run...seems like much about dysfunctional family issues.
Wouldn't bother me, but would be fodder for the opposition.

LOL good one fatman.
Surprised anyone here doesn’t know the reasons Palin left the Gov job.
We know why; they tried to tie her up in so many ways that she had no choice
She did what was right for Alaska as well as her family
Still some around here with PES.

If she were all that great, she would have been picked by Team Trump for some spot in the fed gov, never happened
******************
Naw, that’s quite a reach.
She needed to be out of the spotlight for a while.
Oh and that is not how “team Trump” works.
Good job at showibg your PES though.

Actually quitting like that hurt her family and alienated her from the state’s electorate. She should have just got someone to ghostwrite a book for her to pay down her legal costs while toughing out her term.
But quitting at a lower level in the past had worked for her and by the time she and her family suffered the backlash for her second early departure, it was too late.
Too bad. Had she stayed on the wonkier, more traditional path, she may have maintained or rebuilt national political viability. The reality TV route was an unfortunate one.

So you are blocking yourself from the Truth?
You could do some deep research to get the facts about Palin and why she quit.
Or not
Hopefully she will get back in politics
She did great things for the people of Alaska.
