Why do we not have a constitutional stipulation regarding Senators that refuse to do their constitutional duty? Of course, I realize that the Constitution doesn’t require a hearing (committee or otherwise), and that technically, the nomination could be simply run on the floor for a vote. Consider that she was fully-vetted just a short while back... si there even a need for a hearing?
