I would of asked her if she wanted to pay his rent becouse it does not mater who pays the rent but to provide a safe place to live the rent must be paid.
I get that. But it's our elected officials and thus the people aka taxpayers who are doing the unconstitutional taking. And since this is an exceptional time, a pandemic, I'm not saying it's a bad policy. But it's wrong and unconstitutional to demand landlords to foot the bill.
And I’m not a landlord, I’m a taxpayer. But it’s still an unconstitutional taking, that we should foot the bill for.
IcN the new owner evict the tenants?

Watch word for the future.

How many of these freeloaders are getting massive unemployment checks and just refusing to pay? I know of people who have been paid more money to not work for the past year and now that things seem to be loosening businesses can’t find anyone to hire.
Are you suggesting REITs? I wouldn’t know where to start.
It gives the landlord a bigger pool of potential renters. I did the same thing and found hard-working couples to be the best renters. And they all appreciated the price break and more than made up for that by taking good care of the property. And very little clean up costs when they eventually moved on.
Thanks
