He had already disclosed his children when he was part of the President’s council on fitness. He supported his kids and he loved them. He had kept no secrets...the press was just amping up the story again. Walker’s criticism of absentee black fathers “who don’t” support their kids is a valid one and he can make that charge because he does support his kids. Now should he have ever been a father to out of wedlock kids? No and he will have to live that one down but has he done right by them?...yes he has.
What he can do though is to turn this around and say...”Warnoc and the rest of Stacey Abrams Democrats would have had my black babies aborted... and I will support efforts to reduce the levels of black babies being aborted which is decimating the black population in this nation!” Guaranteed Mic drop!

Since before the children were born, their father has been a world famous athlete, a celebrity and a leading political figure. His kids deserve privacy. If the kids had received visitation, gifts, acknowledgment, or financial support from their father, their privacy would be forever compromised.
The kids would have been forced against their will to be victims of tabloid media with their entire lives being chased by paparazzi.
I understand your point, but a couple of thoughts:
Do we accept Walker as a true conservative just on Trump's say so? Of course not having a political c.v. may be an advantage.
It is interesting that Gary Hart and John Edward's predilections would not be a disqualified in todays political environment.

So, since Herschel Walker has kids that he isn’t/hasn’t been “fathering”, all Black men need not “father their children?
Did I get their point correctly.
Even though he (unknowingly or otherwise) isn’t/might not be the best example of a Black dad, doesn’t mean that his stance on fathers needing to be fathers to ALL their children is still valid.
His shortcomings in this area doesn’t deny him being able to promote the idea that Black men need to take the responsibility for the children they father.
In fact it may heighten his ability to do so.
STOP fathering children with as many women as you can. KEEP IT IN YOUR PANTS! Become monogamous.
This won’t hurt his chances at all.
