The CIA and FBI knew this and were monitoring Oswald.
So, yes, both agencies had a role to play but it isn't what Tucker and the Left assert that Oswald was a physically and emotionally weak loner setup to take the fall in a plot by the agencies.
The JFK assassination wasn't that long ago. People Oswald's age at the time are still alive.
Communists are a savage lot who never forget and never forgive.
One just cannot go releasing information that would reveal the identities of people involved, their families and friends.
One obviously can't go releasing details of how human intelligence was gathered domestically and abroad either.

Every time this thread is posted, a purist jumps in and says republic.
Our nation is a Republic, designed as the structure to achieve a democratic form of government. Democracy is the shorthand term everyone understands.
If told something like...oh for instance...the CIA killed Kennedy because he was about to share our blackest tech with Russia in order to end the Cold War and make the Moon landings a joint US-USSR endeavor, half of those here would applaud the CIA.

I wonder, if The Stable Genius could have forced his way into getting those documents and releasing them. Maybe even reading them in a national address. Shame on him if he didn’t really try hard enough. He could have ruined the Bushes once and for all. He could have ruined the Deep State. He could have done a LOT of things using that as an excuse and once again, I suspect, he blew the opportunity. One of the many reasons he should not run again. He blew too many low hanging softballs given to him by seemingly divine providence. Absolutely sickening.

At a minimum CIA handlers nudged Oswald to do it, just as likely, he was the patsy that he said he was and others did the shooting.
Not just the CIA, whole fed gov would be at risk. Our faith in the national institutions is very low. Definitive info then CIA whacked Kennedy would be the end for the whole fed establishment.
