A GCSE study aide on the educational website features a bullet-pointed list of “positive and negative impacts of climate change”. - https://www.independent.co.uk/climate-change/news/bbc-bitesize-climate-change-reactions-b1876100.html
The sun’s energy, the planets orbit and wobble and the tectonic plates moving about changing the flow of warm and cold water, the volcanoes and meteors over billions of years.
Yet it is the plastic bags and aluminum cans and gas cars and stoves are the real movers of climate change all in the past 100 years....
The solution is to tax the little people much more and restrict their use of say food and comfort.
Wow, they got savaged for daring to publish some positive effects. I followed the links but am not seeing the original version of their bullet points. Either I’m overlooking it or they got shamed into taking it down.
Yes, https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/guides/zcn6k7h/revision/5 no longer provides any positive effects. However, if you use the Wayback Machine you can find a June 3 2021 version that provides the blatantly censored info: https://web.archive.org/web/20210603180522/https://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/guides/zcn6k7h/revision/5

Thanks, very interesting. Here’s their list of positives:
-warmer temperatures and increased CO2 levels, leading to more vigorous plant growth
-some animals and plants could benefit and flourish in a changing climate
-new shipping routes, such as the Northwest passage, would become available
-more resources, such as oil, becoming available in places such as Alaska and Siberia when the ice melts
-energy consumption decreasing due to a warmer climate
-longer growing season leading to a higher yields in current farming areas
-frozen regions, such as Canada and Siberia, could be able to grow crops
-new tourist destinations becoming available
More plant growth, longer growing seasons, less energy use, more energy production — these things aren’t just chump change. They are serious, substantial upsides. It’s no wonder the climate change hoaxers clamped down so ferociously on their publication.
Bourne Identity sequel or episode of The Big Bang Theory?
Thank God for Global Warming, because it sure was dark, dank, and cool during that time period. The plants love it too! Since these bozos call it “Green Energy”, they have mislabeled it. if you take all of the CO2 out of the atmosphere, the plants will suffocate and die, and us right after it. But maybe that is part of the plan.

Lower business and personal taxes due to less environmental government.
Greater business and personal freedom.
Less degradation of military forces due to less environmental constraints.
Less exaggerated scaremongering in academia and by media.
More objectivity in academia and media.
More can be added, but you can see why many powers oppose even the mere mention of any positive effects.
If Global Warming is truly to be feared, then it is a warranted judgment from God, yet as with Covid, so is much of the reaction to it.
